made within 7 days of receipt of item. A return
authorization is required from our company. We will arrange
for the return. The item must be in it's original packaging.
The delivery charge to and from you will be deducted from
the credit you will receive. If the item is over 400.00
there is also a 15% restock fee to ready the item for sale.

has free shipping. It ships via UPS or FED-EX. Usually ships
within 5 business days. Please check package/packages over
before signing Bill of Lading from the freight company. If
it looks damaged please describe the appearance on the Bill
of Lading and do not accept the shipment. We will issue a

Basic Warranty is a 5 year warranty ensuring
your Arrowflame product is free from manufacturing and
material defects.
In the event of a problem occuring
with your product Arrowflame will supply you with the
necessary replacement parts for a period of 5 years from the
date of purchase. Keep a copy of your purchase receipt.
The warranty is limited to the
replacement or repair of parts with material or
manufacturing defects, provided that the parts have been
subjected to normal conditions of use and service.
The warranty is non-transferrable, and
is made to the original owner, provided the purchase was
made through an authorized supplier of the company.
